Poor connection
Does not connect and when it does it drops out within a few mins in my main bedroom

@Nav831 if devices stay connected in other parts of the house its likely to be poor wifi signal in that room. The solution is getting additional wifi kit. However before spending money check the hub is out in the open on a surface, Beyond that you could buy Sky's WiFi max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders to getvreasonable wifi in everybroom or buying and using your own wifi kit.
