For a few weeks now my connection on Teams on my laptop keeps dropping or freezing. My wi-fi says it's connected but also states No Interent Connection when I hover over it.
I have rebooted my router a few times but it sill doean't fix the issue.
My mobile seems okay but sometimes that also flashes up with No Internet and then it connects.
Any ideas what I can try please?

I have this problem too as my office for my full time job is in my bedroom which is upstairs and the furthest away from my router which is in the living room downstairs. The coverage says it's strong enough for the distance and says it's working properly etc (I live in a small new build 3 bed) and I talk to many people via Teams video calls as part of my job as I'm a counsellor. Will Sky provide me with a free router as this is a problem I need fixing? I can't see a number or contact to ring to ask.

Did you complete any troubleshooting steps before posting your router stats? I only ask because the WiFi radio uptime on your router is only about 5mins which would not be normal unless you did this by changing the WiFi channel etc.

Yes I was troubleshooting at the time. I'll leave it for a while
