I am using my BT wifi router and extension discs because sky router is rubbish. I was promised it would be adequate but it isn't. TV doesn't work/connect when only using the router. Not even as good as BT standard one. I feel mis-sold so went back to previous kit almost immediately. Will need to move back to BT or EE so I can have wifi in my whole home.
@Sam433 Your correct, a BT Smarthub and a single disc or two, requires a sky Hub and the same amount of there extender booster disk's, if you dont have then it will not be the same!
Your lucky that the BT got back on and is working!
