Poor connection in my cellar
I have had historic issues with connectivity in my cellar. Sky sent engineers to my property to install boosters and change the configuration of the WiFi set up. This worked for about a year but now the problem has returned

As it's your cellar is there a possibility of dropping an ethernet cable through the floorboards to an extender down there?
Other than that I would recommend researching and purchasing your own wifi mesh system.
