Poor connection - drops one

Internet connection crashes multiple times a day. Gaming is impossible!! Paying so much and I can't enjoy my hobbies due to poor connection. Service checker says all ok but it isn't! Been going on for weeks and I've had enough!

@GemmaGorringe Have you run the diagnostics, link is below if you need it!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).

Re: Poor connection - drops one

Dropping in and out on gaming sounds familiar clear the MAC address on console then once it restarts go into settings (again on console) and manually check the NAT this should open it if thats the issue strict/moderate NAT etc as it gives a quick DCHP refresh both ends. I have a post on UPnP too about this. SR213 seems to not be best for gaming by far
