Poor connection PS5

The wifi connection on every other device is good but my PS5 struggles to connect and when it does, the download speed is very poor. (Today I had to restart my router and the download speed is only 300kb/s when it should be 56mb/s) 


I have already tried troubleshooting options like updating software, restarting router, changing DNS server. It is only 4 metres away from the router. PlayStation have suggested forwarding the PSN ports on my router but I don't know how to do that. 

Any advice would be helpful.

Can you try connecting via ethernet and see if you see the same issue?
