I've recently returned to sky using sky stream. Since having the new broadband I'm constantly having issues where the broadband drops out, I know this because I use a hub to listen to radio during the day which just stops due to the broadband dropping out. I also find interruptions when I watch programmes on my playlist and also I get picture breakup.
I wish now I hadn't gone back to sky from Virgin as using Virgin with recorded programmes was much better.
I have done the usual checks sky recommended however because the problem is intermittent it's hard to chase down.
any help would be appreciated
