Poor broadband service

Dear Sir / Madam, My broadband service is poor. I have carried out all the recommended tests and the all come as everything is ok, but I can categorically state that it isn't. The connection to the Internet repeatedly drops throughout the day, this affects my working day. The poor connection can also make using Netflix etc impossible. Please resolve this as soon as humanly possible
