Poor broadband connectivity
My sky broadband has constantly been dropping in and out since yesterday. It stays on for a bit then boom gone again. I am on sky max with speed guarantee just checked speed and it's say 19. Have had nothing but trouble since I had this. Just constantly dropping in and out.

Re: Poor broadband connectivity
@Lily68 check the lights on your hub when the connection drops see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start if these indcates that the briadband connection is dropping call Sky to report the issue. Whether they can get Openreach to check your line will depend on the number if drops and how long thry have been going on as the systems managing the linecdhoukd be working to stabilise tge connection.
