Poor broadband connection and slow speeds

Good morning all,

I recently seems to be experiencing very poor sonnection to my router and slower then expected download and upload speeds.

The sppeds can varify and currently I have one out of four wifi connectio from my work laptop to the router and it is about 7 meters away.

Here are my hub details:

Any advice would be greatly recieved

The Hub figures show Ultrafast 1 on G.fast running as well as it possibly can, so the main suspicion would be adverse WiFi conditions.

Re: Poor broadband connection and slow speeds

Is there anything that could effect the WiFi connections as the devices are all within 8 meters or so.

Some of the devices have a direct view of the router but still struggle with speed and connection issues

The main thing which affects WiFi is other WiFi, particularly in crowded airspace.

There are some tips here:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-tips-when-working-from-home

The first thing to try is rebooting the Hub to see if it can find a clearer channel.
