Poor and dropping connection

Hello,

 

Several devices have poor connection, like our ring cameras (and they are more or less at the same distance from the hub), and also the phones have a poor and dropping connection. We were promised a throughout the house, stable connection and it doesn't look like that. Please advise. Thank you,
