We are continuously experiencing poor wifi connection at home. Where we cannot even stream programmes on our smart tv as it says there's an issue with the wifi. I run checks and it says it's fine, but it's not. We need to resolve this asap.
Been having the same issue all day and the phone lines have been down, I've only been a customer for 3 months and if this is what sky is like I think I will be cancelling!
