Poor WiFi
We spoke to the Sky technical team ~3 weeks ago as we were experiencing issues with our broadband and WiFi. We agreed to switch to the new Sky hub and were told we would be given WiFi boosters to help, but we still haven't received them, and we're still experiencing issues

Max booster pods are claimable once the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account: they aren't sent out automatically.
