Poor WiFi

We had issues with our wifi throughout the house and was given an extender to support which has worked downstairs but the connection is still poor upstairs which is putting pressure on our TVs upstairs and causing the to reboot to find the wifi everything we watch them. Please could we have an extender for upstairs

For a second or further pods Sky require an engineer to be sent out to take a look at the WiFi setup.
