New Hub setup
got my new hub and activation day was 6th of June trying to set it up today but isn't working and only displays 2 green lights ontop of power and wifi. I currently done have a phone to plug in but don't think this should affect me using the wifi. I have an openreach master socket 5c and have used the grey cable as instructed. Gone through all typical troubleshooting can anyone help

I'm facing the same issue as well. Activation date is today. And Ive seen the set up, but I can't get my devices connected.
