Poor WiFi

I have had sky tv and broadband for over 10 years, I pay for ultraboost wifi at a cost of £45 per month but also pay £9 per month for extra boost but to enable my son to play his PS5 we have to turn every iPhone and laptop off from WiFi not great, it says I pay for speed of over 60mbps and currently get 31mbps  but sky says it's running perfectly well so not interested

Important to understand that Superfast/Ultrafast Broadband is not the same thing as WiFi, and that Broadband Boost doesn't actually do anything unless you claim under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee.
