I had a Sky Wifi technician visit because i have seriously poor Wifi in my house. There was no interference detected and the technician said my setup was perfect. I was told to remove all devices and reconnect one by one and keep testing to see which devices could cause the issues. This has been done and there was no device that caused a drop in speed. I have lost Wifi connection multiple times again and my speeds are very low unless wired into the router. It was also suggested that i get the Ultrafast Fibre connection but what's the point of having that if I can't get mote than 100mb dowload speed on the wireless. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Are you on fttp, full fibre to the property, do you have an o n t box in the house and a grey box somewhere outside the house ? Sounds like you are still on the copper phone line not the fibre optic broadband line, put your postcode in to see what broadband speeds are available in your area, I have fttp, I get 500mps download 71mps upload speeds Netflix on 55inch sky glass tv 95mps, puck upstairs Netflix 85mps. Lg 43inch tv 90mps , xbox, freesat box , 3 alexers, 3 mobile phones, 1 is an I phone, 1 tablet, 2 laptops and a pc all working well

Definately on Fibre. I get between 800 and 900 download on my Mac thats connected via ethernet cable to the Sky Router. Its only the Wifi devices that have issues.

The router is in my office downstairs. The property is not very big and its a new build so I have been told that there are no walls that would cause interference.
