Poor WiFi

Hi there, for the third night in a row- we have had really poor WiFi to our TV which sits directly next to the hub. Tonight we haven't been able to watch a single programme as is has buffered multiple times for a long time. I have just moved over to sky and promised excellent signal- please can you supprt

Is the hub and your TV connected via a ethernet cable ?
