Poor WiFi signal
I'm a new broadband customer, switched from BT. I have the sky max hub and I have to say I'm really disappointed in the WiFi connection around the house. I only get a full WiFi signal in the room the hub is in, elsewhere, it's really poor and it's affecting phone calls which are dropping out regularly. I have elderly parents, so this is a real worry. If this can't be fixed, I'd appreciate knowing my rights to cancel as I never had any issues with. my old provider, BT. I'd be really grateful for some help.

If you have switched from using the BT smart hub2 to the Sky max hub then unfortunately its just not as good in terms of WiFi coverage. You have of course 31 days cooling off period if you wish to revert.
The other option is to request from sky a Max pod WiFi extender. See www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Sky Q 1TB UHD
LG TV
Sky Mobile
Sky Max Full Fibre 500 broadband

Re: Poor WiFi signal
Thanks for the response. I've just been on the phone for the last hour. Apparently paying for an upgrade to Sky WiFi max is the only way to resolve the problem. Problem is, this is what I thought I'd signed up for in the first place, but the sky max hub is different to sky wifi max apparently! I really feel like I've been missold a product, so really disappointed. I have however agreed to try the upgrade. Experience up to now is that BT broadband is far superior but we shall see how it goes with the new "upgrade".
