Poor WiFi signal

Our WiFi speed is good on the middle floor of our house which is the same level as our WiFi Max router, however the  signal upstairs and downstairs is very poor. 

Sky sent 1 booster however that seems to have made things worse or at the least is not helping.

@ClintPat78 Move the booster about, you may have it in the wrong place, it relies on getting a good signal from the sky Max Hub!
