Poor WiFi signal

I have switched to your broadband from virgin a few months ago I am getting poor signal from the hub up stairs and in the garden

You can contact  sky and ask for a booster  to help with  the wifi signal  they are free, if i remember  right  sky will do a check  on  your line and send a booster  in the post or send an engineer  out  to set it up, but ring sky and ask them

Ok sorry about that  i don't  remember  being charged  a fee for my pob back in January  last year  when i had my full fibre  fitted  and got my sky wifi max hub

@peter-marlow+1966 You may be correct, but your partial answer is not, you have to subscribe to the wifi max to get the benefits of pod hardware, then all the rules apply regarding 1 2 3 etc...

My hub is sky wifi max did i not say ? Gigafast broadband 900mps  full fibre  to the property so i pay for the hub monthly with my  broadband  bill
