Poor WiFi signal in parts of house

Good morning...

unfortunately I am experiencing poor WiFi signal in certain parts of the house. My hub is located in the living room and I can even suffer this issue in the kitchen which is the next room. We situated the hub in the recommended place, as advised by the installation engineer, but to no avail. It is almost unworkable in upstairs areas.

@InsanePrawn That is what the Installation Engineers do as per there working guidlines. After that it does not work for you then 2 choices, move the hub to a better place and that by far is the best choice but may be difficult cable run from the ONT to the Sky hub.

2nd choice is to boost the signal throughout the home!

Thanks for your advice. 

The hub is in the most logical and virtually central part of the house so a relocation doesnt seem ideal or practical.

As for signal boosting is this something Sky would be able to assist with? Do they offer boosters or is it something i will innevitably foot the bill for?
