Poor WiFi signal in one of my lounge
Hi there, I've been experiencing issues with my WiFi signal round the house and was sent an extender on Monday to help resolve that. Good news is that the extender has helped but it will only provide signal to one of my house's extensions at once i.e if I put my extender near my guest room which is where I work everyday I get great signal in my guest room but poor in my lounge. Equally if I put the extender near my lounge it provides great signal there but leaves a poor signal for my guest room. I think the issue is down to the size of my house and the fact it's extended in three different directions. I believe one more extender would resolve it. All the best, Matt

I would suggest calling Sky about this as I presume this is what you did previously to get the extender ?
If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
