Poor WiFi coverage

the WiFi in my home doesn't support WhatsApp, Instagram or XBox

@Pablo9 first thing to check is that social networking apps and gaming are not being blocked by the age setting of the Broadband Shield. The setting is in the My Sky app under Product Options but you have to be signed in with the Sky id linked to the account.
