Poor WiFi coverage

Since upgrading and installing a new hub my WiFi coverage around the house is poor, even with a booster

I don't get any response from you??

nothing has changed and coverage is non existent. 
the previous router covered the whole house and even out to the garden and I would like it returned and will cancel my current subscription.
