Poor WiFi connection

Connection is poor, teams calls freeze and drop out, TV streaming freezes, blink cameras lose connection. Upgraded system in latest contract renewal but actually seems worse

Hi @ecoops 

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Are your devices in good range of your Sky hub or do you perhaps need some boosters?

Yes, it claims it's all ok! We have a booster and generally it's ok but then sometimes I can be on a teams call, partner downstairs watching iPad and child on the play station and my teams call will glitch. Even can have one of us streaming on Netflix and another on iPad and another on PlayStation and it will lose connection. It's intermittent but a regular occurrence
