My Wifi is a mess, I have Sky Max and SkyQ but cannot get into the My Sky App as, according to Sky, they have duplicated my App profile. When I connect to the router via my laptop it says Wifi can only be adjusted via the app. This has been the case for several weeks and I am getting nowhere with Sky. All the online helps and chats are also blocked so I have spent hours on the phone. Any ideas??
