Poor WiFi connection

Evening, We have been suffering with painfully slow connection for a few days on all devices. Particularly noticeable on the hardwired TV (same room as the router) where it is almost impossible to stream and the upstairs TV firestick. Although all devices appear slow. Testing through the Sky app shows no fault, but right now it's useless. We have a black Sky Hub. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
