Poor WiFi connection upstairs

Hi, the WiFi connection in the bedrooms have been quite poor since we moved and upgraded to fibre.
We have managed to 'put up' it with the past 13 months but recently it has significantly gotten worse.
My sons mobile doesn't connect from his bed so he had to move next to the door, my others sons tonie box keeps disconnected and his bedrooms right above the WiFi box.
We now have poor connecting and lagging downstairs when trying to stream etc.

The house is a small 3 bed whereas previously we were in a large 5 bed with no fibre and no connection issues.
we have reset the router etc that's recommended.

@Phoebe40

A poor signal is something that can cause these issues so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
