Poor WiFi/bandwidth
I've had Sky broadband for a few years and always had good WiFi and signal, however I've recently moved and taken my router with me, I've downsized in house size and there are less devices connected, however, my WiFi really struggles, particularly when on Teams meetings (I work from home).
This is starting to impact my work daily, and I've tried all the troubleshooting steps (reset hub etc), and the router is in an open place fairly centrally to the house, only a small 2 bed house and so I would not expect signal to be a problem.

Re: Poor WiFi/bandwidth
@Miles11 black or white router from Sky? Do you have broadband boost or a max subscription if you have a white router?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Poor WiFi/bandwidth
Black router and no boost subscription. I would really hope I wouldn't need such a subscription for such a small house and I didn't have any issues in my last house which was bigger.
