My internet is not working

Hi my Internet is not working it's telling me there is a problem can you help

@Lisa1107  When it tells you there is a problem, what does it say to fix the fault?

It says my broadband is not working and my WiFi isn't working

@Lisa1107  Does it say anything about what to do to fix this? Call Sky or are you able to book an engineer from the app?

Yes please as I'm getting nowhere on the app in the app it's saying everything is connected when it's testing it but then at the same time it's telling me there's a problem with my broadband I'm trying to work currently and need my Internet this is happening a lot lately for one reason or another and very inconvenient
