Re: Poor Wi fi signal

Hi, after nearly 4 months I still cannot get wi fi in every room of my house let alone the garden or garage.

I have an end of terrace new build with bedrooms over 3 floors.

Ground level: Sky max hub and Sky Q mini box and Sky Max Pod.

Middle floor: Sky Broadband booster and Sky Q box.

Upstairs: Sky Q mini box.

Im not getting the service I am paying for but these useless bots won't let me escalate.

Any advice?

@Bolton39 Did the invitation you had not resolve anything at all?

Sadly no, I was sent an additional booster but to no avail.

Re: Poor Wi fi signal

@Bolton39 With regards to all the equipment that you have, can you do the following.

Can you run the service checker link below, click on the Sky broadband take a look at the last 30 days to what it thinks your system is like, Then same for the WiFi to see what it thinks all off your home looks like. Let me know.

Yes I check this regularly. Says all ok but when I drill down into connected devices multiple state poor signal and there are dead spots in 3 rooms.

@Bolton39 And it is the drilling down that is what you need and to concentrate on.

Re: Poor Wi fi signal

Thanks for your help, the trouble is the service checker doesn't seem to think that poor connection is a fault. I've tried every combo of the boosters and hub that I can think of so really think I need an engineer.
