Poor Wi-Fi despite tests saying no issues

My broadband seems to have a mind of its own and dropping the signal on a frequent basis. I've reset the router on a number of occasions and run connectivity tests which all say is fine.

Additionally I am now finding devices are failing to connect the the Wi-Fi including my Nest heating and my robot vacuum.

Any advice would be appreciated
