No external devices connecting to the WiFi (laptops, phones)

Hi all, for the past couple of day, none of our usual devices have been able to connect to the WiFi although the TV does connect. None of our devises have changed, we have reset the main hub as well as resetting all of the devices. The processes through the sky channels do not deal with the issue and neither does the virtual assistant. All of the connection checking tools say everything is OK. Any thoughts will be appreciated
