Poor WIFI

Good Afternoon,

 

   We are having issues with our WIFI for the past two days.

The internet speed has dropped from 36 mb on Friday to 12mb over the past two days.

We cannot connect any connect to the hub but there is no internet speed when browsing.

We have reset the hub but this has made no difference.

Ehen I carry out the broadband test it keeps changing from poor to good.

Please can you help to resolve this?

@DanielW14 Easiest for you run the diagnostic test from the link below, your post is confusing with what you are saying 32 to 12 cannot and no connect, no speed etc. run the test, if when it finds a fault follow the steps, if not then call sky.
