Poor TV and broadband
We have had the option to cancel as you were unable to give speeds promised. This is still the case

To exercise such an option you can order broadband from another ISP. Cancellation with Sky prior to this will cause an inevitable gap before a new provider can take over.
Note that if the issue is being caused by a fault on the Openreach network, any other Openreach ISP will inherit exactly the same problem.
