Poor Connection

We are having poor connection upstairs to WiFi both on mobile phones and TV. We have a sky booster upstairs already but the TV doesn't connect or if it does, glitches a lot. The same with phones upstairs. 

 

We have tried moving the router closer, turning it off and on, refreshing it.
