Sky full fiber 300 Duct blockage

I have recently moved house and switched my sky broadband over to my new address,

a engineer came on the 31st to install the fiber, but he said the duct was blocked. He said it can take up to a week for an another engineer to come and unblock it. I haven't received any updates regarding this issue, what do I do?

@Ryyan24  You would need to call Sky and ask for any updates on when the blockage is going to be cleared. But Openreach may have to dig up a pavement or road and this needs permission from the council this takes time.

If someone has helped give them Like.

Realistically an individual installer probably has no real idea what the lead time for the appropriate resources to be available may be.
