Can anyone help me, my Pon light is off and I have tried plugging on/off and resetting. I tried contacting Sky but no reply yet.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Power and Lan are green but no PON light

@Haze7 Not knowing what you have ONT wise, you need to call sky dial 150 from your landline if it is working, or the same from a sky Mobile!

Have neither a landline or sky mobile but got an engineer to come down by calling their 03 number ending in 2525. They replaced a cable and now it works.
