Pon light wont stop flashing

Pon light on the openreach box wont stop flashing which is why im assuming the green light on my sky hub wont turn white ive had nothing but problems trying to get this wifi setup its been almost 3 months since i received the router and nobody seems to be helping me going to return unless there is some quick simple fix and yes i have tried turning both off for 5 minutes and unplugging

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It just says you dont have broadband with us check with your provider i can assure you it is definetly with sky

@Ash42069 sounds like you are using the wrong. Sky ID you havecto use the one associated with the account holder. Flashing PON light means the ONT is not locking onto a signal. You do need to report thie fault to Sky who can get Openreach or City Fibre out to sort the issue.

I only have one sky account it says service not detected
