@burt46 intiallybplug the pod near the hub it should show a series of lights which go out when it is connected. If stuck read this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-max-pod and note the bit about the pod needing to becadded to your account which should have been done before Sky sent the unit out.you maybe be able to add it yourself by following the instructions.
