Plug or socket not compatible

Hi my plug or socket can't connect because not compatible to the main phone line socket any suggestions much appreciated

@Rivky+marquez sounds like you need a line filter something like this one but you can pick one up at most hardware shop oeceven larger supermarkets. Sky used to includecthem with the hubs but given only older phone sockets need them they stopped supplying them.

@Rivky+marquez they only work on extension sockets if the master socket is not prefiltered. Check whether the master socket has rwo sockets rather than one (i.e. a phonecsocket andca smaller rj11 socket fir the broadband) if it has the filter is built-in which means the broadband signal is not passed to the extensions.

It's working now it's only one socket available in main phone line it's female socket so I buy connectors hope the signal will not affected
