Please wait for your programme to load.

Awful service. Every night our sky cannot load the channels we are paying Sky to watch. We have tested our Sky broadband and everything seems fine according to your App. Please advise. This isn't anywhere near the level I expect from sky considering the high prices you charge. I am seriously considering changing provider as this is simply not good enough.

@Todd18  You're not addressing Sky via the community but fellow customers.  As detailed on the sign up page.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
