Hello
Would it be possible to have an upate on the Major outage on HP postcodes,Sky serice status says no faults in my area but Tring HP23 has no Broadband from any supplier, Running a sky broadband line check no faults are found but i have no Sky BB . Social medias all reporting outage in the area but not your website.
Please can i have an update of what the issues are and when they will be fixed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@davidbb have you run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that is the place to find if there is a known fault. The staus pages usually only displays major issues in Sky's own network notva local issue in the Openreach network.
However nobody can give you an accurate estimate of when your linecwill be back up as Openreach engineers will fix it as fast as they can but a lot depends on the cause which often isnt immediately clear.
