My internet has been restricted I haven't been able to afford to pay it only I've been in hospital for 3 months

You are talking to customers here but what we can say for certainty is that if the bill isn't paid your services will be restricted until they are and if this happens to get them restored you would need to pay the bill in full and the next one if you were 2 weeks late or more in paying it. You would also need to setup a payment method on your account before your services would be restored.
If your bill hasn't been paid for 56 days or more then Sky are known to cancel accounts so if you are now able to pay you might want to see if you can contact Sky to see if your account is still active.

@Leanne154 Until you pay what ypou owe and setup a new direct debit your services will remain restricted, that is Skys policy regarding non payment regardless of reason.
