Please Help - cannot connect to SonicWall VPN, Sky WiFi Max hub seems to be the issue

I am still experiencing horrendous isses with my SonicWall VPN again.  The company I work for are still adamant that the issue is with Sky and not them.  Please can this be esculated again.
