@TimmyBGood I have still not had any further information from Sky since our interaction on Wednesday morning. I am not sure what else to do to try to escalate this.

Thank you so much for bringing this problem with Sonic Wall to our attention.

 

I'm sorry it's taken some time to get to this stage.  We've been working on the issue behind the scenes and are able to provide a temporary solution, whilst we work on a permanent fix.

Hiya, new Sky customer also using a white sky max hub. Since setting up I can no longer connect to my work's VPN. My work's IT support have tried all various fixes mentioned around the forum for VPN issues and then found this thread. Can I request the switch to 1:1 mapping please.

 

Please can this be escalated urgently as I need to access for work.

Hi @TimmyBGood  @Mr+Flibbles+86 , I am having issues connecting to my SonicWall IPSec VPN for work. I.T. has confirmed that the MTU and fragmentation options are set correctly. I.T. suggests that the issue is due to MAP-T. Can you help me fix this issue?

We are having the same issue.  Always used sky in previous addresses however we have just moved and set up with a sky max hub and we can't now access sonic wall for home working which is a major issue.  
Works IT have confirmed that the issue will lie with the Map T config


we called sky today but like myself the girl in the phone had absolutely no idea what Map T was or how to help. 

can we be escalated to speak to someone that could help with this issue.
