Playstation remote play 8801330d

I have just joined sky 5 days ago, but have not been able to connect to my ps5 remotely since, getting the error 8801330d. I was with EE before this and everything worked then, the only thing that has changed is the broadband company and their new router.

@Joeyrovers Try enabling UPnP using these instructions if you have a white Sky hub UPnP set up

Alternatively you can open and forward a firewall port to the PS5 as explained here https://portforward.com/playstation-5-remote-play/ the settings for the white hub are in the My Sky app. The black hubs are covered here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-set-up-port-forwarding/ba-p/2662260

The internet suggests:

Set a static IP address for your PS5 in your router's DHCP settings.

Then

Access your router settings and forward the following ports to your PS5's IP address:

UDP: 8572, 9296, 9297, 9298

TCP: 9295, 9302, 9303, 9304, 9308

Thanks both, but im still getting the error. As I'm still in my first 14 days i think it is going to be easier to cancel SKY and go back to EE as it was working then.

I was with EE for 2 years, and couldnt get this to work, so I moved back to SKY, where it had worked before... but now it doesnt, and everything ive tried has made no difference 😞

Hi,

i did get mine to work eventually. If i remember correctly i had to login to my router (via the app and web browser) and manually forward a list of ports as above. I also set the ps5 to have a static ip.

Yeah, Ive tried all that too.

Set the I.P. to Reserved (Static I assume) Address,
And I have 10 ports forwarded - basically every one that someone suggested in other posts.

987, 8572, 9303, 9304, 9305, 9308, 9295, 9296, 9297, 9298, 
Still no luck... Sky's Virtual Assistant was a waste of time too 😞
