Playstation 5 cannot connect to the internet

My sky wifi is connected to the PlayStation but is unable to connect to the internet. Since getting the sky broadband my PlayStation has been very laggy and now for the past 4 days I have had this problem. I have tried using an Ethernet cable with it working once on the first day then it hasn't worked since

Have you tried resetting your router & disabling Sky Shield?
