@babybeau1 & @Helenmclean assume you are streaming the programme? If so check other channels to see if tge issue is with the broadcast or not. If all channels have gone check other devices if they are still connected to the internet then the issue is likely to be a poor WiFi signal to the Sky puck orcwhstever device you are using. If all devices are down check the Sky hub as its lights will show if its lost connection.
